Another Holiday in November
Everybody will surely have enough time to spend in going home to the provinces to remember their dead. As early as Friday evening, you can already get your way home as long as work is done.
Here's how the four day weekend goes:
October 29, 2011; Saturday.
October 30, 2011; Sunday.
October 31, 2011; This is declared a special non-working day by virtue of Proclamation No. 265 which was signed for Pres. Benigno Aquino III by Executive Secretary Paquito Ochoa, Jr.
November 1, 2011; (All Saints Day) Traditionally, this is a special non working day as well.
