At 4:00 a.m. today, Tropical Storm "SENDONG" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 20 KM West Northwest of Cagaran De Oro City (8.4°N,124.4°E) with maximum sustained winds of 65 kph near the center and gustiness up to 80 kph. It is forecast to move West at 22 kph.
