At 4:00 p.m. today, Typhoon "MINA" was estimated based on radar, satellite and surface data at 150 km Northeast of Casiguran, Aurora (17.3°N; 123.5°E) with maximum sustained winds of 195 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 230 kph. It is forecast to move Northwest at 09 kph.
